Traffic Notice | Temporary Traffic Control Measures Will Be in Effect on the Following Roads in Yantian District This Coming Sunday

The inaugural Yantian Shanhai International Road Cycling Race is scheduled to take place in Yantian District on December 17 (Sunday). To ensure the secure and smooth execution of the event, Shenzhen traffic police will enforce temporary management and control measures on specific race routes and adjacent roads from 07:00 to 13:00 on December 17. We kindly remind you to plan your travel routes in advance.

Temporary traffic control schedule and involved road sections:
✔From 22:00 on December 15 to 6:00 on December 16 & From 22:00 on December 16 to 7:00 on December 17:
The section of Shenyan Road (from Haishan Road to Xiangjing South Street, east to west direction) will be entirely closed to facilitate the setup of facilities at the starting point.
From 22:00 on December 15 to 10:00 on December 17:
The right lane and left lane (for a length of 100 metres) of Shenyan Road (from Haishan Road to Xiangjing South Street, east to west direction) will be closed to facilitate the setup of facilities at the starting point.
From 22:00 on December 16 to 10:00 on December 17:
The right lane (for a length of 200 metres) of Shenyan Road (from Ma Miao Street to Haishan Road, west to east direction) will be closed to set up the waiting area for road cycling teams' maintenance.

Traffic management and control measures:
Throughout the race, stringent traffic control measures will be in effect on Shenyan Road (from Haishan Road to Shashen Road) from 07:00 to 10:00 on December 17. Access for vehicles through this section is strictly prohibited, with the tunnel entrance to the district government closed in both directions and the stretch from the district government to Dameisha, towards Yantian, unidirectionally closed. We kindly remind you to plan your travel routes in advance and to steer clear of roads near the racecourse. Optimal alternative routes include Shashen Road, Wutong Road, Haijing Second Road, Donghai Road, Mingzhu Road, Yantian Road, Wutongshan Avenue, Huishen Coastal Expressway, Huanbi Road, and Shangcheng Road, as indicated in the map below.
