Business presentations
Wu Xiaohong, Deputy General Manager of COSCO Shipping Lines South-China, and Lindy Lin, Senior Manager of Commercial Department of YANTIAN, delivered presentations on the SEA3 express service and YANTIAN's efficient services. These sessions provided a thorough understanding of the key features of the SEA3 service and highlighted YANTIAN's exceptional service offerings. Positioned as the preferred port for South China's cross-border e-commerce and the last port-of-call in China for most Europe and US services, YANTIAN also serves as the last port-of-call for SEA3, ensuring delivery to Long Beach in just 14 days. Together with the existing SEA service, we are able to provide two weekly routes, facilitating expedited shipping services and streamlined operations that empower the cross-border e-commerce sector. This setup enables customers to maximise their stocking opportunities during peak seasons, ensuring rapid response to market demands.

Enhanced infrastructure and new quality productive forces
In addition to expanding shipping services, YANTIAN is significantly enhancing its infrastructure and boosting productivity capabilities. Last year, we introduced eight state-of-the-art remote-controlled automated RTGCs, making us the exclusive terminal in Shenzhen equipped with such large-scale automated machinery. Following the deployment of six additional remote-controlled RTGCs in March, YANTIAN has received another six new ones, currently undergoing automated joint debugging and testing before full deployment. This investment underscores YANTIAN's commitment to advancing terminal digitalisation, intelligence, and sustainability, thereby optimising operational efficiency and effectively managing peak seasons.
