On 22 June, YICT and the Logistics Office of Chengdu Municipal Government jointly held a promotion seminar in Chengdu for the new Chengdu-Shenzhen Intermodal Service.
The event has got great support fro government authorities of both Chengdu and Shenzhen. More than 200 attendees from the world's top 15 shipping companies, China Railway Container Transport Corp., COSCO Logistics, Sinotrans, representatives from dozens of clients and renowned forwarders were in presence.

The weekly rail service starts at the Chengxiang Station in Chengdu and terminates at YICT, Shenzhen, taking 60 hours to complete the trip. The route is promoting five fixed services, being fixed stops, fixed trains, fixed timetables, fixed routes and fixed rates.
