Expert from China MSA Gives Explanatory Seminar at YICT

On 22 April, Yantian Maritime Safety Administration (Yantian MSA) held an explanatory seminar at YICT on the "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Vessel-induced Pollution to the Marine Environment" and supplementary regulations and rules. The speaker invited by Yantian MSA is a legislative expert from the Maritime Safety Administration of China. About 100 representatives from YICT, Yantian MSA, shipping lines, shipping agents, and maritime clean-up companies attended the seminar.
