Come and join the tongue twister games to be conducted in Mandarin, Cantonese and English!
Beginning 4 August 2008, Yantian International Container Terminals (YICT), together with Hongkong International Terminals (HIT), will observe Second Language Week. Over the next two weeks, language games, classic films appreciation, karaoke competitions, classes on Western table manners and Cantonese classes, among other activities, will be held.
As a Hong Kong-invested terminal, YICT advocates the learning of Mandarin, Cantonese and English by its staff. In addition to language training courses, YICT also encourages language learning through a series of activities organised by the English Club and the Cantonese Club.
