On 25 November 2007, over 100 staff members and their families had the chance to visit typically restricted areas of YICT during the facility's second Open Day of 2007. The family members in particular were impressed as they learned about terminal operations from an insider’s perspective. Open Days are just part of YICT's drive to build enthusiasm among employees towards their careers and enlighten family members by showing them the inner workings of a modern port.
