On 17 April, YICT organised the Work Improvement Team (WIT) and Excellent Employees Awards Scheme 2011, an award ceremony set to praise YICT staff with excellent work performance. A total of 145 employees won the WIT and the Excellent Employees awards.
The WIT award was set up in 2010 to praise individuals and teams that provide useful suggestions and solutions on terminal production and operations and further put them into practice.
