On 6 June 2014, YICT held its Customer Communication Session, promoting the theme of "Customer First, Innovative Development". The event attracted approximately 200 attendees, including cargo owners, freight forwarders and representatives from shipping lines, warehousing enterprises and port authorities.
At the event, YICT representatives brought customers up to date on its latest initiatives, including upgrades to port facilities to cater for mega-vessels as well as clearance procedures, and introduced its Auto-gate Project.
At the Q&A session that followed, Patrick Lam, YICT’s Managing Director, led representatives from various departments in discussing issues of customer concern with the attendees.
