YICT Inland Port in Ganzhou Launched

On 25 March 2017, an unveiling ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of YICT’s inland port located in Nankang District, Ganzhou City of Jiangxi province.
In attendance at the ceremony were Xu Bing, Vice Mayor of Ganzhou and Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Nankang District Committee; Shi Weigan, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yantian District Committee and Executive Deputy Chief of Yantian District; Dong Yanze, Deputy Director-General of the Port, Shipping and Cargo Transportation Administration Bureau of Shenzhen; Tong Yaming, Party Secretary and Chairman of Yantian Port Group; and Xu Xiaoyang, Deputy Managing Director of YICT.
YICT’s on-dock rail facility, Pingyan Railway, interfaces with China’s major railway network, which enables the new port to provide one-stop logistics services to China’s vast inland areas. YICT’s inland port in Ganzhou offers seamless logistics connections between Shenzhen and Ganzhou, and serves as a green and efficient gateway for inbound and outbound container traffic.
