On 19 September 2017, Yantian organised its third annual flea market for staff to exchange secondhand goods.

On 19 September 2017, Yantian organised its third annual flea market for staff to exchange secondhand goods. The response was overwhelming, with about 800 goods such as children’s book, toys and small electronic appliances finding new owners by the end of the event. A charity auction was also held, with RMB 12780 raised to sponsor the Yunnan Hope Primary School Project.

For three years, Yantian has used the flea market to promote eco-friendly practices among its staff in both their work environment and daily lives, in an effort to create a green port.
