Hutchison Ports Yantian Holds Customer Communication Session 2018

On 25 May, Yantian held its Customer Communication Session 2018, with the theme “Powered by Innovation and Technology”. Approximately 300 guests, including cargo owners, freight forwarders and representatives of shipping lines, railway lines, warehousing enterprises and related government departments attended the event.
During the session, Patrick Lam, Managing Director of Yantian, and representatives of related departments shared with customers the terminal’s latest technological innovations, new port clearance initiatives and upgraded port services. A special guest from Midea was invited to share the experience of successfully importing/exporting goods via the terminal. The session also included a launch ceremony for the “Green Port Chain”.
