New Gatehouse of Pingyan Railway Station Opens to Traffic

On 14 March 2019, the new gatehouse of YANTIAN’s Pingyan Railway Station was officially put into use. The new gatehouse is located at the southwest corner of the railway station, which is more convenient for the entrance and exit of container tractors and other types of cargo vehicles. It consists of three in-gate lanes and three out-gate lanes, which can provide weighbridge service. With CCTV, wireless terminals and other equipment, it is able to achieve automatic release and electronic snapshot.
