YANTIAN Completes Expansion on West Port Berths 4-6

On 16 June 2019, YANTIAN West Port welcomed the call of Evergreen's “Ever Ethic”, marking the completion of the upgrade of its berths 4-6, which are now capable of accommodating container vessels of 70,000-DWT( around 6,000 TEU) and are able to provide shore power connection to berthing vessels.
Measuring 300 metres long and 40.8 metres wide, the “Ever Ethic” has a draft of 13.5 metres. A total of 1,736 containers were handled during its call at YANTIAN.
