On September 24, 2020, the first live cross-border logistics talk show hosted by Alibaba.com was held at YANTIAN.
Kuo Zhang, General Manager of Alibaba.com, TT Wang, General Manager of Alibaba.com Supply Chain, and Patrick Lam, Managing Director of YANTIAN, attended the pre-event press conference to share information about the business development, conditions for the development of cross-border e-commerce and the advantages of shipping services of Yantian Port.
In the afternoon, Alibaba.com launched a live broadcast, which introduced the cross-border supply chain to the audience in the form of a lively talk show. A large number of shipping logistics discounts were also offered in the live broadcast to make the cross-border trade shipments more inviting.
Currently, under the impact of the COVID-19, cross-border e-commerce exports shows the trend to switch from air to sea. Faced with the changing new situation, YANTIAN has worked closely with carriers to provide extensive shipping service network and launch cross-border e-commerce express routes to meet the demand of different customers with time-efficient, stable and fast logistics services.
