YANTIAN closely cooperates with COSCO Shipping and other clients to overcome the technical challenges in shipping out complete vehicles. On September 30, YANTIAN loaded 96 new-energy automobiles made in China onto containers and shipped them to Europe, marking the port's first operation of this kind.
According to the statistics of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), the number of new energy automobile exports totals 340,000 from January to August 2022, increasing by 97.4% on a year-on-year basis. By making complete vehicle export possible, YANTIAN helps to create a safe and convenient outlet for China's booming new-energy supply chain.
YANTIAN will take full advantage of our intermodal services and extensive feeder network, as well as ramp up our operation capacity for complete vehicle export to support the globalisation of China's new-energy industry.
