The members' meeting of Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association (SZCBEA) was held recently, at which professionals in the logistics industry reviewed the strategies and work of SZCBEA and discussed the new trends and prospects in cross-border e-commerce (CBEC).
🔺 Ms. Wang Xin , Executive Chairperson of SZCBEA, awarded the plate to Mr. Lawrence Shum, Managing Director of YANTIAN.
During the meeting, Mr. Lawrence Shum, Managing Director of YANTIAN, was entitled "Senior Advisor of the Logistics Committee" and enlisted in the Expert List of SZCBEA Standardization Committee, which aims to bridge the gap across different sectors and foster China's CBEC export. YANTIAN plays a significant role in pushing forward cross-border e-commerce around the region. Since Yantian District Government signed the strategic partnership with SZCBEA, the company has been actively assisting the CBEC businesses within the district, helping to select the address for the CBEC industrial park, as well as push the 9610 regulatory station to land. Besides, YANTIAN also collected market information and submitted the research report on CBEC reverse logistics, which delineates the development and market demands of the service in Yantian District. It calls for creating an innovative channel of CBEC reverse logistics in Yantian to foster CBEC development in compliance with laws and regulations.
"As the President Organization of SZCBEA Yantian Branch, YANTIAN, as always, will make full use of our strategic position as the preferred port for CBEC in South China, continue to contribute to valuable insights for the industry and make sure to respond to our clients' demand in a timely manner. YANTIAN will do as much as we can to provide supply-chain support for CBEC export, contributing to the quality development of China's foreign trade." said Mr. Shum.
YANTIAN will continue to upgrade its services, foster the quality development of CBEC, and establish Yantian District as the headquarter for cross-border e-commerce logistics.
