From April 22 to 26, the 1st Guandan tournament held at YANTIAN to celebrate the Labour Day was a resounding success! A total of 120 players from 10 Trade Union divisions, along with 8 invited guests, participated in this championship.
Let's Guandan!
This game marks YANTIAN's debut in hosting a competitive Guandan tournament, with strict adherence to the regulations set forth by the General Administration of Sport of China. From the initial selection rounds to regionals, skilled players navigated through challenges, eagerly striving to reach the pinnacle.
Mastery in card playing reflects adeptness in managing various tasks
Guandan players need to meticulously analyse opponents' manoeuvres, promptly devise counter strategies, and draw upon experience and expertise. This highlights the poised, composed, determined, and confident demeanour inherent in skilled card players.
Card throwing not only evaluates memory and strategy but also relies on teamwork and seamless communication.
Without effective communication, card throwing endeavours are futile
The Guandan competition necessitates heightened focus and adaptability to fine-tune strategies in response to dynamic circumstances. Likewise, in our terminal operations, practitioners must diligently oversee the loading and unloading processes to ensure both safety and precision, thus maximising terminal efficiency.
In the bustling activity of a busy terminal, each cargo handling operation and container movement requires flawless coordination among departments and precise dispatching. This echoes the essence of Guandan—players must collaborate and coordinate closely to devise effective strategies and achieve outstanding results.
