Recently, the 2025 Directory of Key Cross-Border E-Commerce Contact Enterprises by the CCPIT (the "Directory"), compiled by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and organised by the CCPIT Commercial Sub-Council, was officially released. YANTIAN has once again been selected, becoming the only port enterprise nationwide to be included and achieving consecutive inclusion in both 2024 and 2025.

The Directory is designed to continuously promote the high-quality development of China's cross-border e-commerce sector and to strengthen enterprise service networks. This year's edition features 107 outstanding enterprises across nine major categories, including logistics and warehousing, digital services, and cross-border trade. It provides a precise business-matching platform that supports resource integration and collaborative development.

As a national "super hub" for cross-border e-commerce, Shenzhen brings together approximately half of China's cross-border e-commerce sellers (around 120,000) and supporting service providers (about 100,000), empowered by an increasingly robust and well-developed ecosystem. According to the latest data, in 2025, the total transaction value of Shenzhen's cross-border e-commerce sellers surpassed CNY1 trillion for the first time, marking steady growth from CNY900 billion in 2024. Leveraging its comprehensive ecosystem, strong corporate base, and innovative development models, Shenzhen continues to lead the nation in cross-border e-commerce development. The city has been ranked in the top tier ("notable results") of national comprehensive pilot zones for three consecutive years, while its import and export volume has remained the largest nationwide for four consecutive years.

As a pivotal link in the global supply chain, YANTIAN is harnessing its hub strength to absorb and amplify this growing trade momentum, providing robust support for China's high-quality international trade development. People's Daily has noted that Shenzhen's rapid emergence as the "Centre of Cross-Border E-commerce" is driven by the opening of core logistics arteries that enable Chinese products to reach global markets efficiently and at scale. In 2025, Shenzhen has placed 30 end-to-end cross-border e-commerce maritime express routes into regular operation. From YANTIAN, cargo can reach the USW in just 12.5 days and Australia in just 11 days, establishing the fastest maritime corridors in South China to these key markets. Compared with traditional shipping routes, average transit times have been shortened by more than 20%, delivering fast, stable, and reliable logistics solutions for global traders. As a core logistics hub, YANTIAN works in close synergy with local enterprises to accelerate outbound trade, strengthening connectivity between domestic and international markets and unlocking critical linkages for cross-border e-commerce enterprises across Shenzhen and throughout China.

1️⃣Service advantages: extensive global connectivity to capture first-mover opportunities

YANTIAN handles more than 1/3 of Guangdong Province's total international trade volume and over 1/4 of China's exports to the United States. With approximately 100 weekly services linking major destinations worldwide, YANTIAN offers a high-frequency, extensive, faster, and high-efficiency shipping network, providing one-stop, stable, and reliable logistics support that helps enterprises secure an early advantage in overseas markets.

As the last port-of-call in China for most outbound services, YANTIAN operates 10 daily sailings to Europe and North America, along with more than 10 dedicated cross-border e-commerce maritime express services each week. This extensive network significantly accelerates global delivery and fully meets the growing demand for rapid cross-border e-commerce logistics. From YANTIAN, cargo can reach the USW in just 12.5 days and Australia in just 11 days (For example, transit times are as short as 12.5 days to the USW and 11 days to Australia).

2️⃣Innovative multimodal transport solutions extending port services inland

SZ-HK Connect: This integrated network comprises 17 feeder services, 15 port alliances, and more than 90 weekly sailings. Between YANTIAN and Hong Kong's Kwai Tsing Port, six daily feeder services enable rapid transshipment within 6-8 hours. By leveraging the complementary strengths of both port clusters (together offering over 240 weekly services), the two ports are seamlessly connected to more than 400 cargo origins worldwide. Feeder services between YANTIAN and Hong Kong have been operating for over 32 years, with container volumes maintaining consistent year-on-year growth.

30 inland ports + 36 rail-sea services: YANTIAN is home to Shenzhen's only railway with direct port access. Domestically, this network connects seamlessly with China's national rail system, covering the Greater Bay Area, Southwest China, and Central China. Internationally, with over 100 weekly services, it provides efficient access to major global markets.

Chongqing–Shenzhen-Hong Kong Scheduled Rail-Sea Service and Chengdu–Shenzhen-Hong Kong Scheduled Rail-Sea Service have significantly enhanced logistics stability. These services reduce transit time from Sichuan and Chongqing to YANTIAN from six days to just two, and enable delivery to Kwai Tsing Port within three days. This creates a stable, efficient, and low-carbon logistics corridor, enabling seamless connectivity between inland regions, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, while supporting Hong Kong's deeper integration into national development strategies.

Through the coordinated integration of international shipping services, rail corridors, and feeder services, YANTIAN has established a three-dimensional logistics system that enables efficient consolidation of inland cargo, seamless linkage between domestic and international transport networks. This integrated model provides cross-border e-commerce enterprises with a one-stop, stable, and fast logistics solution for the whole chain.

3️⃣Widely recognised by the industry

YANTIAN is the only port enterprise in China chosen for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025) in the Collection of Cross-Border E-Commerce Practice Cases by the World Internet Conference—testament to the strong trust and recognition it has earned from national industry bodies. By providing stable and reliable maritime logistics support, YANTIAN has highlighted the strategic role of infrastructure as a core link in global supply chains, effectively empowering the high-quality development of China's cross-border e-commerce sector.

Shenzhen is a key gateway city embodying China's commitment to openness and win-win cooperation. Against this backdrop, YANTIAN continues to enhance its service capabilities for cross-border e-commerce, while fully leveraging its hub advantages to serve as a bridge connecting government authorities, customs, industry associations, and enterprises. Through close collaboration among all stakeholders, YANTIAN actively contributes to the continuous optimisation of the cross-border e-commerce business environment.

As the preferred port for cross-border e-commerce in South China, YANTIAN is honoured to grow alongside its partners in Shenzhen, working together on this dynamic platform to create shared value, foster innovation, and achieve mutual success.
