YICT Staff Sends Shoes to Sichuan Children
It has been one year since the May 12 Sichuan Earthquake. To show our continued care for the children in quake-stricken areas, YICT’s Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and the YICT Volunteer Group jointly held a shoe donation drive at the company from 19 to 25 May 2009.
By 25 May, a total of 2,836 pairs of shoes had been collected. The shoes will be given to Shenzhen Charity Federation, which will redistribute them to children in Sichuan.
