From 11 to 13 October 2018, YANTIAN participated in the China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Transportation Fair (CILF) 2018 held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre. At the event, Yantian promoted its status as "Smart, Green and World-Class Port” and highlighted its cutting-edge terminal facilities and application of intelligent technologies as well as advances in intermodal transport and feeder services.
During the exhibition, shipping lines, cargo owners, freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers and government officials visited YANTIAN’s booth to learn more about the company’s latest developments and services.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of YANTIAN. YANTIAN has forged ahead and achieved a number of new breakthroughs, including record high daily and weekly container volume in terms of vessel operation and new records in container volume handled by the Gatehouse for a single shift and for a single day.
Over the years, with its leading operational efficiency and service excellence, YANTIAN has been awarded numerous accolades, including the “Top 10 Container Terminal” and the “Best Operation Efficiency Container Terminal” at the 15th “Jinlun” Awards hosted by China Shipping Gazette; the “Best Container Terminal Asia” at the 2018 Asian Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain (AFLAS) Awards; and the National AAAAA Logistics Enterprise.
